Utility Assistance

ACTN provides assistance with paying your CPS bill.  To qualify, you must have children under 16 in school, children under 3, be disabled, be registered with CPS Energy for critical care OR be 60 or older.  The bill must be in your name, and you cannot have received assistance within the last 6 months.  For more information, please contact Sulema Balverde at(210) 212-2286.
